Optional data attributes: data-logo-url, data-organisation-name, data-organisation-email, data-background-color, data-text-color.

Note on the logo URL. Your data-logo-url is used in the widget, the result PDF, and the result email. For the email to render the logo on Gmail recipients, the URL must be (a) HTTPS, (b) a raster format such as PNG or JPG (Gmail strips SVG), and (c) hosted somewhere that doesn't block Google's image proxy. To check in advance:

You want HTTP/2 200. Standard WordPress, S3, and most CDNs are fine; Wikipedia and a few referrer-strict hosts are not.
